Information you give us

When you complete a form, request a proposal, pay a bill, apply for a position, comment on a blog post, or contact us by phone, text, or email, we collect the information you provide. Information collected automatically

Call and message information

When you call, text, or are called by A.G. Williams, we collect the phone number used, the date, time, and duration of the contact, the number or web source that routed the call, and the contents of text messages. Recorded calls are described below.

Call Recording, Monitoring, and Call Tracking

We use third-party business telephone and call analytics services, currently Dialpad and CallRail, to manage calls, route inquiries, and maintain accurate job records.

Recording and monitoring

Calls to and from A.G. Williams may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance, training, dispute resolution, and accuracy of scheduling and scope records. Where a call is recorded, we provide notice. If you prefer not to be recorded, tell the person you are speaking with and we will stop the recording or continue without it. Call tracking

CallRail assigns tracking phone numbers to our website and advertising so we can identify which pages, campaigns, and referral sources generate calls. This tells us how callers found us. It does not tell us who you are beyond the information you choose to give us during the call.

How recordings and call data are used

We use call recordings, transcripts, and call data only to serve you and to improve our service: to confirm what was requested, to train our team, to resolve questions about scope or scheduling, and to understand which parts of our marketing are working. We do not sell call recordings, transcripts, or call data, and we do not provide them to third parties for marketing purposes. Our telephone and call analytics providers process this information on our behalf under our agreements with them.

Retention of recordings

Call recordings and transcripts are kept only as long as needed for the business purposes described in this notice and any applicable legal or recordkeeping requirements. They are then deleted unless they are part of an active project record, claim, dispute, or another record we are required to preserve.

Text Messages and Mobile Opt-In

A.G. Williams sends text message updates and responses to clients and prospective clients regarding scheduling, project status, pricing, and services offered at agwilliamspainting.com.

Mobile information and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and are not sold.

We retain basic client records, including name, address, contact details, proposal, and project documentation, for a minimum of seven years to support warranty obligations, insurance requirements, and tax and licensing records. Information used for marketing is retained until you tell us you no longer wish to receive it. Call recordings are retained as described above.

Your Choices and Rights

You may ask us to provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, subject to records we are required to keep. You may opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link, opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and opt out of marketing calls by telling us during any call or by contacting us using the details below. We aim to reply within one business day.

Security

We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards intended to protect your information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, and alteration, both online and offline. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy
